Unique Timber & Brushed Nickel Flat Half Newel Cap

The unique modern flat half newel caps are similar to a traditional timber newel cap, but have a contemporary touch by adding a brushed nickel insert. Caps are available in pine, oak, hemlock, white primed, sapele, southern yellow pine, ash and walnut and are supplied unfinished. 

 

These caps are designed to fit a 45mm x 90mm newel post and have a 5mm recess on the underside which sits over the newel post. 

 

We recommend using a ‘no nails’ type adhesive to secure the newel cap in place and the same again to glued the metal insert on top.
