Pine stair parts and banister rails
Using pine stair parts and banister rails
We offer a wide range and variety of UK pine stair parts and banister rails.
Customers often located our website after searching for pine banister rails for sale or maybe when looking for pine banister rails and spindles and our extensive wooden staircase kits list can be quite overwhelming.
This handy guide will talk you through our different pine parts available, including knotty pine stair parts and cheap pine stair parts.
So what is pine?
Pine is a softwood timber with knots, We do our best to keep these to a minimum where possible.
We also offer a timber called Southern Yellow pine which has a more yellowy tone and is preferred by some.
It is important to remember the majority of our pine stair parts are supplied unfinished.
This will mean the parts will need a final seal with varnish, wood stain, or paint as required.
It is crucial to ensure any knots are filled prior to finishing as this will prevent any wood sap from leaking and causing brown marks. Pine is probably one of the most popular softwood materials used within the construction and joinery industry with it being competitively priced and long-lasting.

What pine stair parts are available for purchase?
Our pine stair parts include a wide range of products; everything from pine spindles, pine railings, pine banister rails and fixings, pine newel posts, etc.
We cover all the products you would need for a new staircase or to refurbish an existing staircase meaning you can purchase everything you’d need in one place.
We even have a handy guide on our website you can follow to understand how to fit your spindles and rails – click here to view more wooden staircase kits.
If you have any further questions, you can contact our technical sales team on 01827 54988.
*If you are looking to finish your staircase balustrade, then we strongly recommended this is completed prior to installation. The sooner the parts are finished, the sooner they are protected against moisture and other environmental factors. Once installed, we would recommend a final coat to finish the stair parts to a high standard.
